Miner not working

I just installed honeyminer and nothing is mining the expert logs say the miner is missing. All of the troubleshooting articles say to delete the miner # folder in appdata. My miner folder in appdata is empty. its not creating anything even with hidden files shown. I excluded the folder in windows defender even though it said it had not done anything. I have an i5 and RTX 2080. Any ideas?

Glad to hear I'm not the only one experiencing it not working. I downloaded honeyminer 2 days ago and it worked just fine until this morning. I'm running a mac with an intel i7 processor. Also it show no active CPU and never did. In the activity tap under CPUs it red.

John. I have the same issue and support believes the problem is occurring because the honey miner download site ( where they host the miners to download) http://downloads.honeyminer.com is in-accessible. It returns a 503 Service Temporary Unavailable. I am waiting to hear from support as to when the problem will be resolved. I reported this late last week.

ruben dwaas2: If you guys need help contact me!! I actually found a way to fix this. The miners are missing from the “appdata” location but luckily I had saved the miners on a thumb drive just Incase something like this ever happened. Shoot me a message if you genuinely want help and to get back to mining.

Anthony Sheppard: Not sure what Honeyminer support is doing if anything. Seems to me to be a simple security setting on their download server that should be easy to resolve. I switched back to Nicehash. Their support seems to be very responsive unlike Honeyminer.
