I had this problem with my NVIDIA Quadro K2200. I updated the drivers from NVIDIA. Uninstalled Honeyminer. Removed the Honeyminer folders from %appdata% (Local and Roaming) cleared the two temp folders, one %temp% and one here C:\Windows\Temp then rebooted my machine. Reinstalled Honeyminer but dont login yet. Went into Windows Defender, then added %appdata%\Roaming\Honey Miner as a folder exception. Logged in, get it a minute and CPU and GPU now working. Hope this helps someone. Use my ref link if it does! :) https://honeyminer.com/referred/5le95

So I am having this same problem.
Honeyminer don't seem to care about it.
What I did discover however is that when I switched solely to using my GPU, the console read "Service exited due to SIGKILL":

I am no expert, but it seems like something isn't quite lining up when Honeyminer tries to start using the GPU, so my computer then sends a kill signal? In particular, I am wondering what "BUG in libdispatch client" means?

I used wayback machine to download the older version, https://web.archive.org/web/20190517191010/http://update.honeyminer.com/Honey%20Miner%20Setup%200.6.1.exe

Bruce Lee: oh fuck off
Bruce Lee
Jordan Dixon: well then stick with all the other miners and get scalped dumbass
Corey Miller
Bruce Lee: the only problem with betterhash than honeyminer is that betterhash allows asic equipment so pc people will be competing against devices specifically designed for mining and will receive a lesser share.
Corey Miller
Bruce Lee: Honey miner is still not working, so I am going to be using betterhash until then. thank you for the link.

Corey Miller: you can also try Cudominer, it has a easy interface and a lot of tweaking options. https://www.cudominer.com/?a=AmwKHuvW_
Bruce Lee
Pogo: cudo jacks you also with way to many fees

My RX 580 8G doesn't work.

I was running into the same problem. On the console I was getting the error
WARNING: NVIDIA cannot load backend library: xmrstak_cuda_backend.dll
WARNING: NVIDIA Backend disabled
I Installed the NVidia CUDA 10 toolkit and it began working. This used to be an option in the NVidia control panel, but now you have to go directly to the site and get it from there.
FrostAssassin
Tom: Do you have to do anything following this?
Tom
FrostAssassin: honestly stopped using honeyminer because it stopped working again and wasnt worth the $12/mo i would have mined.
FrostAssassin
Tom: Yeah, I think I'm just going to switch to nicehash
Bruce Lee
FrostAssassin: nicehash has hidden fees also, its a jack. The only one that doesnt have the hidden fees is betterhash

I am running into the same problem on my laptop. It's a Lenovo Y410p i7 4700mq with an NVIDIA GT 755m. I can only see the activity when I log in to my account via webpage, it's not showing any through the application. Also, it is not using my GPU only CPU, please advise, thank you!
